SPARK, Muriel. Reality & Dreams (SIGNED)
SPARK, Muriel. Reality & Dreams. 1996. Constable. 8vo. First edition, first printing of Spark’s twentieth novel. This copy a presentation copy “For Karen // Greetings and many thanks” and signed Muriel Spark. Signed copies of any of Spark’s are uncommon, but especially so where trade editions are concerned; she did sign some limited edition copies of her novels, but inscribed trade editions tend to be association copies or to a close friend; I am sadly unable to understand who ‘Karen’ is. An about fine copy with a tiny bump to the red cloth at the spine and some light spotting to top edge only, but internally fine. Jacket also fine but for matching bump to spine panel, with spine panel faded seeping into front and rear panels. A very scarce example.
